Trout Plants

The following waters are scheduled to be planted with rainbow trout from Department of Fish and Wildlife hatcheries this week (April 30-May 6):

INYO: Owens River (section 2), Pleasant Valley Reservoir.
MONO: Bridgeport Reservoir.

The following waters are tentatively scheduled to be planted next week (May 7-13):

INYO: Bishop Creek (lower), Lone Pine Creek, Owens River (below Tinnemaha).
MONO: Bridgeport Reservoir, Buckeye Creek, Convict Creek, Convict Lake, Crowley Lake, Deadman Creek, Glass Creek, Grant Lake, Gull Lake, June Lake, Lee Vining Creek, Little Walker Lake, Lundy Lake, Mammoth Creek, McGee Creek, Mill Creek, Robinson Creek, Rock Creek (sections 1 and 2), Rush Creek, Sherwin Creek, Silver Lake, Twin Lakes (Upper and Lower lakes near Bridgeport), Virginia Creek, West Walker River (section 3).

The following waters were planted last week (April 23-29):

VENTURA: Casitas Lake.
LOS ANGELES: Hansen Dam Lake, Legg Lakes, Santa Fe Reservoir.
SAN BERNARDINO: Arrowbear Lake, Big Bear Lake, Green Valley Lake, Gregory Lake, Jenks Lake, Mojave Narrows Park Lake, Santa Ana River, South Fork Santa Ana River, Silverwood Lake.
RIVERSIDE: Hemet Lake, Lake Fulmor, Strawberry Creek.
SAN DIEGO: Cuyamaca Lake, Doane Pond, Morena Reservoir.
INYO: Baker Creek, Big Pine Creek Bishop Creek, (Lower, Intake II, Middle Fork, South Fork) — not open to fishing until Saturday), Cottonwood Creek, Diaz Lake, Lone Georges Creek, Goodale Creek, Independence Creek, Lone Pine Creek, Owens River (below Tinnemaha), Shepherd Creek, Taboose Creek, Tinnemaha Creek, Tuttle Creek.
MONO: Bridgeport Reservoir, Buckeye Creek, Convict Creek, Convict Lake, Grant Lake, Gull Lake, June Lake, Lee Vining Creek, Little Walker Lake, Mammoth Creek, McGee Creek, Mill Creek, Robinson Creek, Rock Creek (sections 1 and 2), Rush Creek, Silver Lake, Twin Lakes (Upper and Lower lakes near Bridgeport), Virginia Creek, West Walker River (section 3). None of these wasters are open to fishing until Saturday.
KERN: Kern River (sections 1-5).
TULARE: Bone Creek, Kern River (section 5-6), Nobe Young Creek, Peppermint Creek (upper), Tule River Middle Fork, Tule River North Fork (Middle Fork No. 1), Tule River South Fork (Middle Fork No. 2), Tule River South Fork (Middle Fork No. 3).
