SANTA ANA RIVER LAKES: Fair to good trout action with most anglers getting a least one or two fish, and some getting full stringers of rainbows from one to three pounds. A few bigger fish. Top fish was a 12-4 landed by Frank Moore of La Mirada. He also had an eight-pounder. Andrew Yzagurre of Riverside landed a 10-pounder. LAGUNA NIGUEL LAKE: Trout plant last week. Next plants are slated for the week of Feb. 6, Feb. 20, March 6, and March 20. These are all 1,000-pound plants.
