CUCAMONGA-GUASTI: Fair to good trout action. Not a lot of limits, but most anglers getting one to three fish with the rainbows averaging about 1 1/2 to two pounds. Morris Velasquez, Ontario, had three rainbows with his best at four pounds. The best action has been in the big lake on PowerBait and small trout jigs and plastics. GLEN HELEN: The trout bite has been fair with a number of limits or near-limits reported over the past week. Fred Mac, Rialto, and Jesse Webb, Rancho Cucamonga, each had four-fish stringers weighing just over nine pounds, and both had individual rainbows just over three pounds.
