CUCAMONGA-GUASTI: County catfish plants are each Thursday. Most recent DFW trout plant was four weeks ago. Information: 909-481-4205.     

PRADO: The catfish bite has been fair to good since the first county plant of the season last Thursday, and they will be planted each week through the summer. Roger Damian, Santa Ana, had four cats to 3-5 on blood PowerBait, while Gerardo Rodriguez, Riverside, landed a two-pound cat on chicken liver. The lake has been producing a few largemouth bass on plastic worms and reaction baits, especially early and late in the day. Dakota Walk, Mira Loma, landed a three-pound bass on a plastic worm. Small boats (non-inflatable with a hard bottom) under 16 feet with electric motors are allowed. Information: 909-597-4260.
